ABOUT ME.

Twenty-eight years ago I started in sales, for no particular reason other than my desperate desire to buy my first car. Thankfully I chose well, as I recognised very early on it was the exact profession I was cut out for. I found the process of making sales both natural and fascinating. Perhaps it was due to my upbringing, personality or childhood environment, either way I took to it like a duck to water. After ten years selling to consumers as a retailer, followed by ten years selling to major retailers as a vendor I'd created a fulfilling body of work from the sales floor to the boardroom. Each and every position presented a new perspective and fresh learnings of the entire business as I witnessed the changes brought about by technology and increased competition. Sales and my unique approach to it enabled me to launch Taco Stand Co in 2011. As our markets shifted I could see a growing need for people who understood every step in the process and how important it is to stand out from the crowd.
